Principal and Co-Founder

SCOTT MONTGOMERY

Scott has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a primary emphasis on large commercial projects, municipal buildings, hospital construction, and HCAI services.

VP, Operations & Business Development

BROOKE MONTGOMERY

Brooke is responsible for all internal operations as well as building clientele with all business development outreach. She is passionate about the field of healthcare construction and continues to expand her repertoire in both business expansion and construction management administration.

Co-Founder & Program Developer

JEFF STRATTON

Jeff is a program developer & educator providing work efficiency & job enhancement programs to facility leaders. Jeff believes program & people development are pivotal in reducing stress & increasing productivity in a department with increasing demands. Jeff has worked in healthcare for 17+ years and has worked as a Facility Director at a nationally recognized children’s hospital. Prior to his director role, he worked as a consultant for the Joint Commission.

Dir. Strategic Alignment and Innovation

LISA HARDESTY

Lisa has 30+ years of experience in environment of care, life safety, emergency management, sustainability, and construction. Before joining MFS, she was Dir. of Global Consulting and Environment of Care Principal Consultant at Joint Commission Resources. She has focused on environmental safety and compliance, working with health systems to improve compliance, standardize risk mitigation, develop action plans, and establish sustainability metrics.
